  • 1.  Removing Topics from IVR

    Hello,

    I was wondering if you anyone knows a way of removing words in an IVR as topic queries? Recently, I noticed a lot of our main topics are from an IVR we have while a customer is on hold and I would like whatever is said in the IVR exempt from Topics.
