Hi Clare, it is possible.
The best guide on the resource center is under the Deprecation: Canned reports section for the Agent Metrics Report
Under agent performance, add the users you want to report on to the filter and click the "View as Group" option, then when exporting make sure the granularity is set to "1 week" and that you also select the "split filters" option (this splits the report via agents).

Does anyone know how to get a weekly break-down on agent performance (under reporting in genesys) without having to run it week by week?
I want to run it for the whole year and need a weekly break-down . . . . it only gives me a summary for the period I am searching on at the moment.
