Currently, the best method to get evaluation data at the question group and question level is by using the Quality APIs. The Quality APIs are available today and will provide your organization with all the required data at question, and question group level. Here is information regarding the APIs.

In the meantime, please know that we are currently hard at work developing a feature, that is expected to be available by Q3, 2025:
Feature: Form, Group, Question and Answer Level Reporting to Understand Overall, Team and Agent Performance on Specific Parts of the Evaluation
Description: Provide a view Supervisors, QM Evaluators, QM Admins and Business Analysts can use to search and gather completed Evaluation Form statistics so that they may look for actionable insights (i.e. what areas need coaching/training)
