I am reaching out for your support regarding the integration between Genesys and Verint. As I am new to Verint, I would like to understand the specifics of how the integration works, especially in relation to Genesys Engage.

Could someone clarify whether the Genesys Java SDK is required for this integration, or if there are other components I should be aware of? The Verint vendor has requested the Genesys SDK, but I am not certain it is relevant.
