  • 1.  Required Permissions

    When trying to pull 1 specific agent for a division I have access to I get a pop up error that states "You do not have the permission required for a requested resource.  Failed to export."  I have been able to pull this agent up in the past so unsure what could be causing the issue.  This is preventing me from exporting reports that they are listed in.

    Hello Heather, 

    I have a couple of questions to help me better understand whats going on. 

    Do you have the correct permissions for the specific division you are trying to pull for? I know recently I have seen an influx of cases with this same issue and it seems to always come down to the permissions set is not for that specific division.

    Yes I have the correct permissions.  It is only 1 agent in that specific group I cannot pull.  Everyone else in the group is fine.

    Hmm that is interesting is the agent status been moved recently, inactive, active, deleted?

    No.  the report worked about a month ago and then one day it just stopped working.

    Hello Heather, 

    At this point I believe the best route forward is to open a case with a Care Engineer then, Specifically our UI team as they work with permissions. This is an odd behavior and they would have to dig in technically more so than we can do in a public forum.
