I have found this topic Choose forecast for an existing schedule - Genesys Cloud Resource Center, but why is it necessary that Required Staff are calculated again, when there's modifications in the schedules. Same forecast is being used but requirements changed, while reflected in Adjusted Required Staff row cannot be used as well to be compared to Scheduled Graph (for viewing purposes). It seemed that when forecast is added/generated, considering no modification in configurations (Service Goal Template, Planning Group, etc.), then associated in the Schedules generation, Required Staff is calculated, but with same forecast Offered/AHT, if there's any modifications in the Schedules, Required Staff is calculated again, while it keeps changing, as I understand, Adjusted Required Staff should remained the same based on the same forecast that is first added/generated, unless a different forecast Offered/AHT is used, then numbers will change again. What would be the best source for Required Staff? Hoping I made the explanation clear, although, I presume that staff requirements is calculated more than just using the Offered/AHT, that is why it keeps on changing.
