The current setup has campaign rule in place, that recycles the campaign after it's reached the progress 99%.
Due to this the campaign redials the contacts again each time the campaign is recycled.
We are looking for a way to restrict the attempts made to the contact based on the attempt control configured.
As, per the documentation if campaign recycled attempt control also resets.
Can you please suggest a solution, by which we can restrict the campaign to dial the contacts multiple times.
