  • 1.  Retrieve SIP Headers From External

    Hi all,

    I have created a simple call flow with a DID, calls comes in on customers On Premises Genesys and is routed to Call Flow on Genesys Cloud.

    in the Call Flow i am trying to retrieve the SIP Headers sent from On Premises Genesys

    CallFlow
    I can see the SIP Headers in the Genesys Cloud PCAP
    PCAP
    I have tried several options but keep getting the below errors, could someone please assist?
    SIPHeaderErrorType - NoSipHeadersExist
    SIPHeaderErrorMessage - None of the requested SIP headers exist on the call. Execution is taking the Failure output path.

    Hi Reginald,

    Under SIP Header Names click on  All SIP Headers and change it to literal. Add SIP Header names (up to 10). For example, try first with one of the headers from your PCAP file "X-Genesys-CallInfo".

    No luck, same results

    SIPHeaderErrorTypeNoSipHeadersExist
    SIPHeaderErrorMessageNone of the requested SIP headers exist on the call. Execution is taking the Failure output path.

    Pretty sure these actions are only for BYOC Cloud not premises.

    Correct, SIP Headers are only available for calls over a BYOC Cloud trunk.  They are not available for BYOC Premise calls or for Genesys Cloud Voice.
