Hello!
I am going to be tackling a complicated situation where I am going to building an IVR for our showrooms. Our showrooms are on an outdated phone system not connected in Genesys so in the near future, we want to forward calls to Genesys to experience an IVR. One of the options we want to provide is to speak with a sales consultant at our showroom so we want to route them to the phone number they dialed instead of making them type in a zip code or something to there. How can this be done in architect?
