Hi GC Community,
This may not be related to GC, but thought I might ask anyway.
I have an agent using MS Edge and they have multiple tabs open, including SF Lightning.
When agent navigates away from the Salesforce tab and use something else that is not in MS Edge, when the agent returns to the MS browser, Salesforce is no longer there.
This is happening multiple times a day and is impacting their adherence and providing a very poor CX to members.
Agent is insisting that they are not manually closing this particular tab.
Any idea if this is a GC issue or SF issue?
