    Hello everyone, 

    ***Edit: I have just created the schedule without forecast and all schedules are producing. Now my question is surrounding planning groups as we have just deleted two planning groups that we no longer use. Could this cause this issue...planning groups are where the forecast looks??***

    I have just tried to create our next 4 week schedule and for an unknown reason a lot of our agents who are on a work plan rotation are not being scheduled. 

    We have never experienced this and wondering if anyone has come across this problem?
