One of our supervisors is trying to run a Agent Status Timeline Details report for her work team. She wants to run it daily for the previous day and get a timeline for each agent in her work team. We ran the report on yesterday and it was what she wanted so we set up an export schedule. However, the export schedule seems to be listing a weird error.
The base which simply shows as what menu the report what pulled from for other reports is missing information it would seem. Does anyone know if this is a known bug, if this will impact reports, and if it will be fixed soon?
I would first try to just close that tab and start from a new one. Could have been an old filter that is not compatible with that new export. Definitely report this to support first. Save the URL for the view and get it to Support. Definitely a strange one and probably something that was never tested.
This showed on another report, so we deleted and recreated it yesterday. Still shows the same thing on a newly created report. I will open a case with support though. Thank you
I know what the problem is and will put up a fix for it. Recreating the report won't fix it, but once we push out this fix, it should correct itself automatically for your supervisor. Apologies for the nuisance. I'll do an audit of all our exports to make sure nothing else is missing.
We don't visit the page often so it isn't much of a nuisance. We were just concerned it may cause issues with the report automatically running, but it sounds like it will not which is reassuring. Thanks for your help.
