I saw a great release today 8/5 that extends the ACW timeout capability to 60 minutes instead of being capped at 15 minutes. Will this also update the Screen Recording capabilities to 60 minutes in aftercall work as well? Right now, if an agent is in aftercall work, screen recording only captures 15 minutes.
