  • 1.  Scrolling in agent status pane of dashboard not working

    We are experiencing an issue with the agent status pane of dashboards. If user's try to scroll down to the bottom of the user list, it automatically scrolls to the top (sometimes after a couple seconds, other times instantaneously). This happens in the agent desktop app as well as the Chrome and Edge browsers. The issue was first reported last Friday 1/6.

    Is this a known issue and / or is anyone else experiencing this in their contact center?

    Same.  Starting yesterday for us.  I believe it is a known issue.

    We have also experienced this starting in the last couple of days. Makes it near impossible to manage agent statuses

    Hi James, that is still the plan, yes! Our Quality Assurance team is still working through their validation of the release to ensure that everything is working as expected, and once they sign off, we'll get this fixed shipped out immediately. Thank you so much for your patience!
