    Hi All,

    Looking to get some insight from other people on whether the option of 'Send a message' can be disabled or if their is a workaround so a customer isn't able to type freely in until the BOT option have been presented for selection (First BOT only). Picture to show customer is able to type - Meter Reading before the BOT presents any options.

    What the customer types in at that point doesn't do anything and we are finding customers are getting frustrated in our process.

    You can certainly do this is with Open Messaging, but I don't think this is possible with Web Messaging today.

    We would also like this capability, there is this existing idea, that might be what you are after, I suggest you vote and post your use case there.
