Thanks Tracy, that's good to know. I'm looking forward to having these data sources aligned to minimize confusion across my WFM department.
One piece of feedback: I think these discrepancies should be mentioned when presenting the Dynamic Service Level Display (schedule) as a more accessible version of the Intraday service level data. Because it was presented this way in the user group yesterday, I was hopeful that the alignment had already been completed.

They use different calculations in the backend. A product enhancement is expected to release on 10/14 which is a fix for that. After that they should match
