    Watching Xperience 2026 from Brazil!

    I'd definitely rather be in Las Vegas with everyone… but apparently my invitation got lost somewhere in the cloud. 😂☁️

    So, for now, it's me, my coffee, and the Xperience livestream - following the announcements and trying not to be jealous of everyone who's there in person.

    As someone who works with Genesys Cloud every day, events like Xperience are always a great opportunity to see where the platform is heading and bring new ideas back to our operation.

    Maybe Xperience 2027? Genesys, I'm available! 😄

    🌎 Joining Xperience 2026 virtually from Buffalo, New York!

    I'm excited to follow the keynotes and sessions this week and learn how organizations are leveraging AI, automation, and customer experience orchestration to deliver more personalized customer journeys.

    💡 One key takeaway so far is that successful AI adoption isn't just about implementing new technology. It's about orchestrating the right combination of people, processes, data, and AI to create seamless customer and employee experiences.

    Looking forward to hearing more customer success stories, discovering practical use cases, and connecting with everyone else participating in Xperience 2026. What has been your biggest "aha!" moment so far?

    Joining virtually from India

    While everyone in Las Vegas is collecting badges, networking, and probably enjoying the venue snacks, I'm attending Xperience 2026 the traditional IT way... from my desk, headset on, and a cup of espresso nearby ☕😅.

    My biggest takeaway so far is seeing how AI, automation, and journey orchestration are helping organisations create smoother customer experiences.

    Joining Xperience remotely my key takeaway has been that real AI value comes from aligning people, trust, and technology around meaningful outcomes. And this needs to be carefully orchestrated!

    I joined remotely from my desk, then mobile, then desk then reviewed the pieces that I've missed. Really excited to see Navigator in action soon and the bigger Orchestration layer.
