    Beyond is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Shift Trades for Agents eLearning course.

    We have added a new chapter on trading with the system. With this new feature, Agents can trade daily shifts with the system. This provides additional options for agents in case they don't know of someone who can trade with them.
