Is it possibly to provision the softphone while connected to Azure Active Directory, since it is not pulling authentication from a domain controller? I can get Interaction Desktop to connect using the user name and password in Interaction Administrator, but if I try to provision the softphone, it brings up the dial pad to provision.
It asks for the phone extension, which is fine, but then it wants a pin, which I am not sure where that is generated. Not sure why it is not just pushing a certificate. It is connecting to the same server as a system that is domain joined.
