Hello Roberto, good day,
Saludos

Are you on BYOC Cloud or GCV? If BYOC, you can look at the PCAP or SIP Info to see what the carrier replied with. Most of the time when I see this, it is usually the format of the number, a bad number or the carrier rejecting the OLI. Check the logs. If GCV, try dialing the number manually using copy/paste into the dial pad.

Subject: SIT-UNCALLABLE
Good day everyone.
I would like to ask for your kind help, currently my team and I are facing the part of SIT-UNCALLABLE codes, we work with progressive dialer in our exit campaigns, the operational part is exasperating to see 4450 records that were not contacted due to the SIT-UNCALLABLE code, so I ask for your help to know if there is an alternative solution or in your case a solution to this inconvenience.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best Regards.
