SpeechMiner not building index after a password change

    Hi there,

    We need some assistance with the Speechminer index. After we completed a password change, Speechminer is not building an index.

    Log investigation shows the following error: "index search failed. Forbidden". 

    I think the DB password for the index is sending out this error. How do I confirm the DB password is correct? 

    According to this article (https://genesys.my.site.com/customercare/kA91T000000XacsSAC), the credentials entered in Indexer Authorization in smconfig -> Index tab are saved in indexParamsTbl table in Speechminer database.
