SQL Server Database Encryption

    We have a customer running PureConnect 2020 R3 Patch 2 connected to a database server running SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition.  For audit requirements, the customer needs to enable database encryption on their SQL Server.  None of the Genesys documentation addressed this, so I opened a Genesys case.  Genesys indicated PureConnect does not support using a database on a SQL Server that has database encryption enabled and that it has not been tested or validated.

    I would like to inquire if anyone has had any success having database encryption enabled on a SQL Server that a PureConnect server is connected to.
