Does anyone have experience integrating Genesys Cloud SSO with Red Hat SSO? Currently, Redhat SSO uses an employee ID as the username, which is entirely numeric, while Genesys Cloud uses an email address. Is this kind of integration possible ?

Hello Husein, 

This is a possible SSO integration. You would have to set up RedHat as a Generic SSO then use the guideline set fourth here in this document.

So, in the Red Hat SSO user data, there must be an email address attribute that matches the user data in Genesys Cloud, right?
