Hi - I have created a ABM forecast in one of our Genesys applications for the US but when i try to generate staffing requirements I get an error (see attached).  

I have tried everything!  We have another Genesys application for Europe and it works fine so I'm not doing anything different,  does anyone have any ideas please?

We had similar errors when we were using a forecast with very few values in it since it was a test ORG.  Seems like this really needs to be running in a production environment where you have enough stats to actually crunch into a requirement.

We get over 250K calls a month, so i think there should be enough data
