    Wow! This is huge news! I'm incredibly excited to hear about these new AI functionalities in Genesys Cloud. The idea of automating and standardizing quality and performance evaluations with AI Scoring is absolutely fantastic. This will significantly reduce the workload on supervisors and allow them to focus on more strategic tasks.

    The AI Summary and AI Translate features are also incredibly valuable. Quick overviews and translation support will make managing global teams so much easier.

    I'm very excited to see how these innovations improve our client' workflows. Thanks to the Genesys team for delivering these amazing developments!. I'm hoping the token pricing will be accessible, leading to widespread adoption of these powerful tools.
