    That was fast (relatively for Genesys).  I hope you got a lot of people on beta for this.  There are so many use cases to be accounted for.  Will you have some videos and training materials available on the Resource Center?  It will be very important to describe the basic design and solution considerations for this as I am sure it will not be like traditional bidding that many are used to.  How will agent ranking play into the preference they get?

    Initial Resource Center content is posted now.   Ranking plays a role not only for the Agent, who provides their personal ranking for available Work Plans, but also for the WFM Scheduler or Administrator, who specifies an order of agents in the configuration of the Work Plan Bid.

    I'm not seeing the permissions required for this. Was this GA or something that requires a beta? And if is is beta access only, how can I sign up my org to beta test this?

    Here are the permits you need for it:

    • Workforce Management > Work Plan Bid > Add, Delete, Edit, Publish, and View permissions
    • Workforce Management > Work Plan Bid Group > Add, Delete, Edit, Publish, and View permissions

    Yep, it finally showed up in permissions this morning. Good to go! I checked all day yesterday and nothing. I've been doing this since right after you guys rolled out Purecloud and never knew that features don't necessarily drop on the first day of the Release Notes until yesterday haha (: thanks a ton!
