  • 1.  Time-Off Request auto-populates for schedules that aren't published?

    Hi G Community,

I'm trying to set-up Time-Off Requests for agents to be able to report/request leaves withing Genesys. We typically only have 1 month's worth of schedule published and the subsequent week's schedule in the process of publishing but often they request for leaves 3-4 months in advance. Wanted to understand if I approve the time-off request right now for say Jan'25 I can rest assured that when I generate or publish the schedule for Jan'25 the ""Time-Off Synchronization" will pop up and automatically add the approved Time-Offs? Would really eliminate the need for the WFM team to manually verify if the leave was added or not.

Thanks in advance for your response,

    Ash

Schedule generation will look for applicable approved time-off requests for the scheduling period and will attempt to schedule the time-off activities. If there are time off-requests approved after schedule generation or if the attempt to schedule already published time off requests failed, then the synchronization window will note what has not been applied.
