    Hi everyone, I need more information on this issue. We have a new timetable for summer activity (in July and August customer service ends at 6PM. The forecast generated since 1 July still show activity until 9PM (wich is the usual timetable).

    What adjustments can I do to correct these data?

    Three options - four that could possibly work:

    1. Adjust your forecast on that day down to 0 so no agents are required.
    2. Place Time Off requests and approve them before you generate your schedule
    3. Place time off on each agent in the schedule or equivalent activities
    4. Try to use the new Activity Plan feature to schedule that activity across the agents you want to go to that activity.
