    The Speech and Text Analytics engineering team has conducted an extensive internal testing, and we’re excited to share a key insight: lowering your Transcript Confidence Filter setting to 0 can optimize your experience without compromising quality.

    Here’s why:

    • Accuracy remains consistent: Our tests show that Transcript Confidence Filter set to 0 performs just as well as slightly higher settings.
    • Enhanced usability with "Sounds Like": Displaying more transcribed words boosts the "Sounds Like" feature making it more effective.
