Thanks for your interest & I tried number plan as well but its same.
Wondering why it is not working even though it is default function in Genesys.
I don't know what mistake I am doing.

Appreciate your quick response, I Already tried with transfer to Number functionality, but it is not working & not transferring call to external mobile number.
There is any more setting need to be done on trunk for transfer?
I tried perform release link transfer on/off but still same.
I can see the logs in the call logs & Pcap file logs it says Error Forbidden from (Operator SIP to External number) but when test with direct call from DID to external sam mobile calls working. ONLY issue when doing transfer from Architect.
Is there any other way to transfer to Mobile? Lets say I create any dummy extension and make direct call forward to Ext. Mobile?

To transfer external numbers in Architect, you can use the "Transfer to Number action": https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/transfer-to-number-action/
To validate out-of-service(schedule) time for transferring external numbers, you can use Schedule Group (this is a better to easier operation for end-users): https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/evaluate-schedule-group-action/ and https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/operating-schedules/.
Basically, You need to create schedules and schedule group. Assign Schedules on Schedule Group and use this Schedule group in Architecht.

I have a call flow for ON working hours and it is working fine and routing to correct call flow designed in Architect.
Now I need to setup a call forward to External mobile number during OFF working hours calls and for this I think I can design a call flow in Architect (transfer to Mobile).
I did setup this & test but call not transferring to mobile and failing.
By the way what is the correct way to forward the calls to direct external mobile for OFF work hours?
