    Hi Team,

    I'm working on a use case where I need to create a trigger that activates whenever an agent disconnects from an email interaction with a customer.

    Could you kindly suggest the appropriate topic to use for this?

    Trigger on v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.user.end and use mediaType of EMAIL
