    Hi everyone! 

    I have a quick question about the Trivia Tower. How can I participate, and when will the next one be available?

    I've been keeping an eye on the Community activities, but I haven't been able to join a Trivia Tower yet. It's actually the only activity I'm missing to earn the Community Conductor Badge! 

    If anyone knows when the next Trivia Tower will be available or how to join, I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you! 😊

    The Trivia Tower events don't have a set schedule-the community team posts them periodically (usually once or twice a month or during special events).

    Here is how you can catch the next one and unlock your Community Driver badge:


    1. Keep an eye on the **Events & Contests** section, as new trivias are pinned to the top when active.
    2. Click **Subscribe** on the announcements board to get an email as soon as a new challenge goes live.
    3. Open the trivia post, fill out the quiz link before the deadline, and your badge status will update shortly after.

    Trivia Tower challenges run periodically, so there may not be one available to play at the moment.

    Stay tuned for the next one - the announcement will be made in Genesys Casual when the next Trivia Tower challenge is available.

    As of now, the next TT is scheduled for mid-November.
