  • 1.  Trying to convert .sasf to .wav files

    We need to convert .sasf to .wav files, and we no longer have access to the ICBM application.

    We have read some threads that people are using either encryptwave-w32r-1-1.exe or IRSASFU application to decrypt our historical audio recordings. We cannot locate either of these installation files. Can anyone point us to where these would be?

    Would anyone be able to help us with this process?

    Genesys PS can convert the files as they have IRSASFU application.

    Hi Guys,

    We are also in need of this, would you happen to have IRSASFU? encryptwave-w32r-1-1.exe seemed to work only with old versions of Pureconnect.

    IRSASFU is only available with Genesys PS team.

    How many SASF files do you want to convert to wave?
