I did some more digging and the interactions view has always been 31 days its the queue performance view where you can filter more than 31 days.
I am also digging to see if that Idea is specifically for contact lists, its says it is, but it might affect the full platform such as the interactions view. Just to be safe though it might be worth opening another idea specifically pointing out the interactions view.

That idea relates to contact list filters, I believe?
Regarding the filter in the various Performance views, maybe it's the Mandela effect, but I'm sure I remember it allowing up to three months in the past.

Interesting, I see what you are saying. I have also looked at our documentation here. Looking at the note under the "Filter metrics by date" section.
- The custom date range option in this view has a maximum length of 31 days.
I haven't really had a need in my org to filter the interval by three months so I cannot say for certain when this was changed and I don't see any details in our release notes. But as of now what you are seeing is expected based off of our documentation.
But I also did some digging around and found this idea.
Looking through the idea it looks like this has always been a hard limitation and much desired by our customer base

Has there been a recent change to the date filters in Genesys?
There was previously an option to see the last three months and now it seems to change to only a one month view when you try to add a date filter for longer then this.
