    Upcoming Enhancements to Genesys Cloud Workforce Management UI: WFM Administrative Screens

    As part of our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and usability, we are making enhancements to the Genesys Cloud Workforce Management user interface, specifically within the WFM Administrative Screens.  

    This update applies to certain grids with a selectable checkbox.  In the future, this type of column in the modules listed below will be updated so that the checkbox column scrolls horizontally with other columns, if your screen resolution or browser window size is small enough to require scrolling.  

    • Management Units
    • Service Goal Templates
    • Planning Groups
    • Agents
    • Activity Codes
    • Work Plan Configurations
    • Work Plan Rotations
    • Forecasts
    • Time-off Limits
    • Time-off Plans
    • Time-off Requests
    • Schedules
    • Shift Trades

    These updates will bring greater consistency and enhanced accessibility to the WFM UIs, aligning them more closely with newer interfaces such as Staffing Groups.

    We look forward to delivering a more seamless interface and appreciate your continued feedback.
