• Genesys Cloud CX: Agent Assist with Google Cloud - Usage for Administrators
• Genesys Cloud CX: Agent Assist with Google Cloud for Agents

This course retirement decision was made because at the end of 2024, the Agent Assist for Google Cloud feature was deprecated, officially reached end-of-life, and is no longer available within Genesys Cloud. For anyone interested in similar functionality, we recommend referring to the native Genesys Cloud features of Genesys Agent Assist and, more recently, Genesys Agent Copilot.
