    Can anyone confirm the expected behaviour if you update/append the contact list of an active campaign? I have tested this myself and it seems that the campaign does not call the newly imported contacts until the campaign is recycled. Is this correct or is it possible to do this without having to recycle it?

    That may be true if you don't set priority on the insert (placing it at the top of the next dial.  Then it depends on the penetration rate of the campaign and type of campaign.  There is a new feature coming out in a week or so to allow you sorting mid-stream, so that will help this case.  Here is the idea:
