Does anyone know if there is an easy way to update a setting on multiple queues in a division in a single step? For example I want to change the ACW setting on all the queues. Searching for the queue in UI , change the setting and save will be a tedious process and prone to human error especially when you have a lot of queues to change. Appreciate any help and thanks in advance.
