    Beyond is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Workforce Management ILT and Self-Study.

    Within this update, we have added sections on Alternative shifts, Work Plan Assignments, Work Plan Bids, Continuous Forecasting, and Staffing Groups for Time off Management.
