Beyond is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Workforce Management.

Within this update, we have increased the length of the course from 2 days to 3 days. We updated existing labs to add notes and clarification and to accommodate any UI changes. We also added new labs that cover features recently released within Genesys Cloud. The new labs include:
