We implemented a 90-day password expiration a couple of months ago.
I've noticed a few users who started shortly before it was implemented hit their 90-day mark and the passwords expired.
My concern is there was no warning that they were expiring.
Does Genesys send out an email notification or provide a pop up advising the password is close to expiring?
