  • 1.  User Prompts not syncing

    Hi All

    Is anyone having issues with user prompts not syncing

    I have updated some and they play ok in architect view  but when you call the flow, they are still on the old prompt

    Also as a test I created a new one and uploaded one and nothing.

    This is not a problem normally

    I believe you have to re-publish the flows.

    Yeah, seems odd to me too.

    Hi Andy,

    as long as you do not use the flow feature "Find User Prompt", that checks for the up-to-date-prompt, you will have to republish the entire flow after changeing prompts.

    Quick update on this

    They are working now, the wav format I used was the issue, although I am a little surprised as the prompt manager transcodes it and plays so I would have thought they were ok.
