Hi i would like to know if it is possible to import and synchronize all the contacts from Google contact or directory--> to a external contacts in Genesys Cloud, could someone help me with this pls?

I would like to know if Genesys have some similar to this "About the Salesforce External Contact Sync integration" for Google G suite/workspaces. My customer have the SSO with Google working fine , and now need the contacts sincroniced between both Genesys and Google G suite.

I do not believe that we have a way to synchronize contacts like that with Google G Suite. You may want to have the contacts exported from Google so that they can be used as External Contacts. 

If you want to make an enhancement request for Genesys Cloud, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab. To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

You can also view and vote for existing ideas.
