  • 1.  Vague Error message

    Trying to figure out the vague error message for one of my end users. They are unable to monitor calls from any browser; they have been giving all of the correct permission and even tried Admin permission but not luck. When I Iog on to the same machine with a test account with the same permission it works just fine.  See screenshot for error message

    Hi Mike,

    Does the user have a phone selected?  I have seen this error happen before due to this (Select a phone) or due to being a state other than Available.
    Monitor, coach, and barge into live voice interactions

    Jillard,

     

    Thanks, for that information their headset is selected has they able to make and receive calls without issue.  I will check their status and has they may be in a ready state in the que.

    What does the browser Console Log show?
