Another two questions on voice surveys.

1) Am I able to customize the automated voice on the survey?

2) Is there any way to provide the caller with an open ended response similar to the text box that one would normally see in a survey like this (such as "is there anything else you'd like to tell us today" or to allow them a chance to provide more color to their rating answer)?

Another question - is there a possibility to disable voice input and allow only DTMF responses?
