Yes, I have users in multiple groups, the issue lies therein that user A is part of 100 groups. I can't add User A anymore to anything new.

Hello Aaron,
I would be interested in what the community has to say about this. But I think using a voice bot to take the caller to the correct site and manager is a good first step towards a solution. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is make the users, part of different groups so the users can cover a wider range. For example User A is part of groups A,B,C,Y and User B is part of A,X,Y,Z. So a least you have some over lap.
Hopefully someone in the community is facing a similar issue and you and the community can collaborate to find a better idea.
Cheers,

Currently, we have a number an employee is able to call say which department they are calling in for and who manager is (if required), they are sent to a group voicemail to leave a message when they call in sick. This Group sends notifications as out of the box features allow this.
We are running into a limitation as a small department is now becoming responsible for staffing for 100's of different sites within out health system. There is a limit of a Genesys user to be a member of 100 groups.
Looking for thoughts / ideas on ways to work around this, to future proof new sites and departments who want to utilize this and get email notifications to the appropriate people but not be limited to 100 groups.
I am currently using a voice bot to navigate the caller to name correct site and manager to get to the right group, with data table look up.
If i am not explaining myself correctly let me know if this doesn't make sense at all.
Thank you
Aaron
