    I have raised an idea on the portal for an idea to have a more customisation available on web messenger deployments but thought i'd ask what others in here thought too.

    We have a customer looking for some different colour options, a choice of widget icon and a specific font to maintain brand through out the CX. 

    What have you guys seen??

    Hi @Paul Ruiz Gilmour we certainly want to add more customization. Saw your Idea as well, on the Use-Case description, you mentioned: "they also want a choice of widget icon and a font that is more on brand": is the expectation for Admin user to select icon among a library of native icons? or to upload an external icon? Which approach do you see as preferred?

    I suppose the ability to upload an icon of choice would be preferable for most clients in honesty

    This is something I would like to see enhanced for our Web Messengers too. Specifically, to modify colors of the hovering button to have a different color than the opened bot background, and to modify fonts. I think it would be a nice feature to have a library of icons to select from and the ability to upload an external icon.

    I saw customizable fonts in the recent roadmap webinar, so should see it not that far off maybe. Along with configurable labels further along.

    Color wise I know Genesys have been reluctant for full color pickers, especially for font due to accessibility requirements/standards, but will see.
