Hi,
We have a webpage where the chat appears on the front page. However, when the customer logs into his profile (sub-domain), the previous chat is lost.
I've enabled the chat persistence setting, which has not helped, potentially because both domains have different IP addresses.
Does anyone have some knowledge to share that could help me? I'd appreciate it.
