    Hey Community Members,

    Happy Halloween Week

    Have we got a surprise for you 😲😲😲

    Our wonderful team at Beyond have given the WEM Community members access to the following webinars without a Beyond Subscription for the month of November:

    • Alternative Shifts
    • Work Plan 
    • Activity Plans

    How cool is that!!!

    These will only be available from the 1st to 30th November, after that you will only be able to access them with a Beyond Subscription (which isn't a bad thing – have you seen the WEM Learning Paths to help you on your WEM journey?)

    So, if you are struggling with these new features or not sure what they are, how they work and if you could make use of them in your Contact Centre – CHECK THEM OUT!

    Keep an eye out on the 1st November – we will have 3 posts showcasing the 3 features, if you have any questions or feedback after watching the webinars, feel free to add comments on each post!
