    Hi Team, Want to understand the Data flow across WFM components to WFM Reporting DB and  Infomart. Why WFM Actual data is not matching with Infomart.

    Hi @Manoj Mohan

    WFM and Infomart does not share the same logic nither development logic to build final data, each one are independent. Both solutions take info from diferent componentes to build reporting data: WFM use StatServer, Infomart use ICONs.

    You can use infomart to build a similar report to WFM but it will not be equal, each solution address different perpectives about some metrics. Knowing this, you can use infomart reports just to complement WFM reports but not to compare/validate/certificate WFM vs Infomart.

    Something similar happens with CCPulse and Pulse.
